Our Founder & Principal

Larry Locken, our Principal, founded LCI in 2017 after a 30-year career spanning top-level positions in HR, operations and business.  He is a recognized and valued professional who has helped dozens of leading organizations, executives and high-profile individuals manage very difficult and sensitive problems.

Larry has developed the skills and abilities necessary to effectively serve clients who find themselves in tough situations.  Along the way, he networked with similar individuals whom he’s successfully added to the LCI Team.  Those team members are in addition to the numerous “on call” legal and technical specialists Larry has resourced for LCI.  

Comfortable and effective in the Boardroom, the shop floor, hostile labour actions, sensitive one-on-one meetiings and stressful crisis management situations, Larry inspires confidence and security.  Clients and colleagues often say he‘s “been in the trenches” and his reputation for being calm, tough, intelligent, innovative and client-focused is well earned.

Larry has an undergraduate degree from the University of Western Ontario, a graduate degree in Management from the University of Michigan and has taught seminars in both Canada and the USA.  In his spare time, Larry enjoys sports, fitness activities, spending time with his family and friends, and supporting select charities.
